⚠️ CAUTION WITH EXERCISE TRACKERS (when tracking calories) They are NOT accurate at predicting how much you "burn". So don't make the mistake of eating back the calories it says you "extended" as it's very likely to put your calorie balance out of wack.

I don't know if you need to hear this... But 1kg or pound of muscle does NOT weigh more than 1kg (or pound) of fat. They weigh the same. Muscle is just more dense so it takes up less volume and is much more functional weight.
