One of our top priorities on our farm is producing high quality milk for 🇨🇦 families. It's a lot of hard work & hard decisions have been made...but in the end, it's been all worth it. This morning we received our latest Lactanet results & our average SCC was 29,000. Awesome!

The Kielstra farm in Okotoks, paid $180,000 in carbon taxes in 2023 to heat & cool their chicken barns. By 2030, they will pay $480,000 when the carbon tax reaches $170 per tonne. Next week, Canadians will see the carbon tax increase by 23%, making life even more unaffordable.
