Least is a foul and a yellow card as that was a barge and not a shoulder challenge.
That it was not even a foul was strange and bit doggy.
Ref knows if he gives a foul and yellow, VAR may intervene and so he waived on and VAR ignored.
That was poor officiating for a big game.
