@Eurostar pls advise whether afternoon trains are expected to run. It is very hard to make alternative plans when the train says it is running. You need to bite the bullet and let people know if there is any chance of trains being fixed before the next scheduled departure.

London St Pancras International is in chaos. All Eurostar and Southeastern trains this morning cancelled due to flooding in the tunnel beneath the Thames. Many Thameslink services cancelled due to staff shortage. Trying to find out what I can and will report as soon as possible.

Shocking service from @AvantiWestCoast Timetable & tickets only released 5 days ago and then they still cancel all but 1 train at hour. Can’t even stick to a 5 day old timetable on a non-strike day. Terrible decision to award the service to them @transportgovuk
