@PeteOlusoga I have a lot of seminar students, who I only see once every other week, & so there’s not really that consistency with name learning (I struggle to remember which room I’m in even! The bi-weekly thing is tricky). The photo thing REALLY helped, and without it I feel a bit lost tbh

@PeteOlusoga I used to print out my students’ “mugshots” from their student record (took blimmin ages) and write their names under each one and pin them all up around my office. My new institution doesn’t include photos on records, and without this aid I just find it incredibly hard… cont
