Spent some time trying out @purintaxyz after launch. Thought it was just another lending protocol at first, but the idea behind it is actually what caught my attention. Most DeFi collateral comes with hidden assumptions. Stablecoins, RWAs, yield-bearing assets… there’s usually another layer of trust somewhere. Purinta takes a different approach. Their thesis is pretty simple: transparent risk is better than hidden risk. You can now borrow USDC against $PEPE or $SPX6900 without selling your position, with more meme coins planned over time. Another nice touch is the launch incentives through Merkl, which currently offset borrowing costs for eligible users, making the effective borrow rate 0% while the campaign is live.
