@bootbarn why did you remove the option to ship to store? I would like to try on the $500 boots before I purchase. There is an option on the website but every time I try to select it’s grayed out. If you don’t offer why keep on the site????

@bootbarn I am a big fan of your store and concept. I stop by 2-3 times per month and buy. Always. But I’m tired of poor customer service. Infill out the surveys and nothing changes. We love the 2 new stores in the Palm Springs area but some training would be nice.

@bootbarn had some scuffed up worn returns and tryin to sell em full price. Asked the girl at counter she tried to say it was a style design to have the souls scuffed and heels chewed up. Best they could do is 10% off ha. Nah feed store it is.

@bootbarn tried to buy my nephew a gift but your cart is having issues tonight - the local delivery kept causing the cart to refresh over and over - tried a new browser, rebuilding my order and nothing worked. Then, tried in store pick up and same thing. I can't finish it. 🤷🏼‍♂️

just had a terrible experience in a @bootbarn spent 30 mins trying on jeans since they had signs up for buy one get one free. Found two I liked went to check out and was told the signs should have been taken down last night and they couldn’t honor it…walked out and won’t be back
