Join our team! Our Re-Election campaign is heating up and we need your help. Please consider volunteering one or two nights a week or on Saturday morning to ensure the progress continues. We need all the help and support to get our message out and reach as many residents as possible. My team truly believes in earning each vote and we need your help to deliver that message. Hope to see you soon at 3800 Palisade Avenue.

Morning update: Crews were out all night, pushing snow and salting our streets. Please remember the danger of throwing snow into the streets, we need to keep them clean for Fire, Police, and EMS. We began snow removal on some of the main avenues to make them wider and safer. As you all know, this isn’t a normal storm and will take time to clear out. Stay safe, patient and call me anytime.

3:30pm update:
Now that the snow has stopped and the residential clean up begins, please be mindful were you throw the snow. Do not throw the snow back into the streets, on top of fire hydrants or into a neighbors driveway. Let’s be mindful of each other and be good neighbors the next few days. Our work won’t stop anytime soon but together we will get through this. Thank you

The clean up hasn’t stopped but the snow isn’t slowing down either. This is not a normal snow storm and will take days to clean up. We are expecting another 8 inches of snow today to bring the total over 24inches. Stay off the roads today, please I urge you not to drive if you do not absolutely have too.

The storm has picked up and will continue to intensify throughout the night. A reminder to please stay off the roads and stay indoors. Our crews will be out all night long, doing our best to clear our streets and respond to all emergencies. Please be patient with us as we do our best and work as hard as we can. I will be personally out and will keep you all updated as well.

I want to extend my sincere congratulations to our newly sworn-in Assembly Members and Legislative Members. A very special congratulations to our very own Larry Weinstein and Gabriel Rodriguez, who will serve the 33rd Legislative District.
As you begin this new term, I look forward to continued collaboration as we work together to strengthen our communities, advance thoughtful policy, and ensure a strong future for all.

Busy but successful day today meeting with residents one on one. It takes a lot but nothing is more important than hearing and solving as many problems, concerns, and issues as possible. I pledged from day one City Hall would be open to all our residents and that commitment is stronger today than when I first became Mayor. Can’t wait to keep it going in 2026.
