Why has @HPSupport become so broken since the Poly merger? Not only is it nearly impossible to get service for Poly, same now goes for HP. Tickets just sit in an endless void.

@CAnthonyCaragol Ya depending on the notification you are trying to create. If it is simple location identification, then lldp-med is your friend with the Intrado EGW. If you simply need an actionable record, then forking to a non answering user will create a missed call record.
