@AmericanAir No assistance needed just need the operation to run as expected. I get that issues happen but I switched to AA from SWA for better service. And it’s been consistently worse. This trip has been a failure in almost every aspect. Too many issues to mess with typing.

@AmericanAir well…you went 0-4 this week on flights. Every flight delayed for take off. Missed a connection. Multiple gate changes. Not good and not even weather related on 3 of the flights.
