People don’t want to get players matched on their team who have an inherent disadvantage because their console can’t maintain the industry standard FPS of the past decade.

And it doesn't have to run like the PS5 or a high-end PC, what matters is that it's even able to run in the first place and you can actually play it properly that is just impressive. I've been playing Cyberpunk on Switch 2, and it's not too bad.

@VoltageWolfX @Despair900 @jt_martin @IGN And it's still one of the most graphically demanding games of all time. If the Switch 2 can run Cyberpunk, Resident Evil requiem, and (if the rumors are true) GTA 6, then it can definitely run Marvel Rivals.

Modern Warfare 2019 was the perfect storm in a lot of ways. Its a horrible multiplayer, but it still got over bc:
- A global pandemic had everyone stuck at home
- Warzone was free (unlike Blackout) and it piggybacked off Fortnite hype
- It was the first "Modern Warfare" game in 8 years
- The game was literally made for bad players, from the top down, which boosted a lot of egos
Nostalgia aside, its one of the worst COD multiplayers ever and it set the franchise back for years, and we're still recovering from it
