On the one hand, the US produces more oil than anyone. On the other hand, Venezuela, Iran, Hormuz, and highest gas prices since 2022. IDK.

The United States now produces more oil than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined💥
The US is no longer just reacting to #OPEC or geopolitics.
It is one of the main forces setting the balance.
More supply flexibility, more export power, more influence on prices.
It also explains why oil shocks today tend to be shorter-lived than in the past.
There is simply more swing capacity in the system, and a lot of it sits in the US.
#Energy power has shifted and markets are still adjusting to that reality.
