went into a binge mindset but the only thing i have that i can binge is fibre wraps so ig im just casually at 72g fibre today 😭

grew up fat, was a fat preteen, fat teen, now a fat adult, and through it all, my fatness has been treated so putridly i feel literally unhuman. I want people to stop looking at me with unbridled disgust. Finally 💔

if i fast for 1 week i only lose 1lb less than if i ate 500kcal a day, which makes sense but still pisses me off

how it feels to lose large amounts of weight when ur obese

need to eat between 800-1200kcal a day for this next weeks goal.. might fast for one of the days

lost 5.3lbs this week soooo ... if i keep going i will make my goal

nutrient density, satiety and taste, i think its pretty simple eggs have some of the easiest prepared, cheapest & tastiest bioavailablility of nutrients most people can get b12, vitamin d, selenium and iodine, vitamins a lot of ppl here will be deficient in plus protein so :3
