This is a good sign because it shows that fundamentals are catching up! But we also have to understand WHY and WHAT cause this profitability right? Their main catalyst is Longanesi Gas Field, their main revenue driver; Production ramped up → now 25–30 MMcf/day. From what I researched, it doesn't seem like this ramp is due to the Middle East conflict, which is even better. That also means that the Middle East conflict had nothing to do with this company increasing production. From this, we can assume that the conflict is an added bonus to increase demand and even if the conflict dies down, we are generally unaffected. During the earnings report, they mentioned that they have a STRONG CASH POSITION for multiple reasons; • Fund development • Expand projects • Avoid immediate dilution (this is music to my ears) So this eliminates the fear of dilution right..? WRONG. At the end of the day, this is still considered a small cap company and management can do an ad-hoc offering anytime but hearing that they have a strong cash position can be assuring I guess? To summarize it all, structure and narrative remains there for this to be a winner. Trade setup is ONLY invalidated if; > Offering happens > Lost of structure > Conflict de-escalates.
