The #WatsonClub has barred a motion today by myself, the ward councillor for @CapitalWard, ie: where Lansdowne is entirely located. The motion would have ensured that finance committee wouldn’t be locking us in to a plan but would have allowed residents a voice. #Ottawa #Ottnews

@carson_ So the answer I got was it is imminent for the seasonal bins. Staff are monitoring ground conditions to make sure vehicles don’t chop up the pathways and ground too much when placing them.
