@cbch54898101 @EastTNMama You say it when you are both the indirect object of the sentence. For example, “The waitress brought waffles to my wife and me” is grammatically correct. “My wife and I like waffles” is also correct. Just take out the other person and think about how you would say the sentence.

I just want people who are smart to stop saying “my wife and I” or “my husband and I” when it’s supposed to be me. This one is so very easy to fix. If you would say me you say my wife and me. —She and I went to work. He told my wife and me. I went to work. He told me. Let me help
