Canada Rare Earth Provides Corporate Update - Sedar Canada Vancouver, BC – April 6, 2026 announces that the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC”) has revoked the cease trade order that was issued against the Company on March 6, 2026. As announced in the Company’s news release dated March 23, 2026, the CTO was issued as a result of the Company’s failure to file its interim financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certifications for the period ended December 31, 2025 (collectively, the “Required Filings”) by the prescribed filing deadline of March 2, 2026. The Company has now completed and filed the Required Filings, and the BCSC has revoked the CTO effective April 2, 2026. The Company notes that trading in its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) remains halted. The revocation of the CTO does not result in an automatic reinstatement of trading. The Company is working with the Exchange toward a resumption of trading in its common shares and will be required to satisfy the Exchange’s reinstatement requirements before trading can resume. Longest owning Rare Earth stock I own has been a challenge to hold over the years

Canada Rare Earth Corp. has had a cease trade order revoked by the British Columbia Securities Commission after the company filed its previously delayed interim financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and related executive certifications for the period ended December 31, 2025. The filings, which were overdue as of the March 2, 2026 deadline, led to the original order being issued on March 6 and subsequently lifted effective April 2. Despite the regulatory clearance, trading in Canada Rare Earth’s common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange remains halted, as the revocation does not automatically restore market activity. The company is now working with the exchange to meet reinstatement requirements for a resumption of trading, and plans to provide further updates as it progresses through the process, leaving timing for a return to normal market trading uncertain for investors.
