@quookeruk when will you respond to my enquiry? I haven’t had my system a year yet, but you’ve ceased the scale cartridge meaning that I have to use the scale control r. Your instructions and customer care (made two calls to your technical dept) is shocking

@quookeruk what a TERRIBLE start to my customer journey with you ! £2500 tap and combi system, faulty within 24hrs of installation, 3 days to get a response to my service request - engineer booked for JANUARY 4th !!!! How is this even anything like ok ??? Waiting to hear from you

@quookeruk - any chance you could actually help me with the tap I’ve bought but which is now malfunctioning? I’ve followed the support route and raised a ticket last week, but have had no satisfactory response to the problem. The tap doesn’t work - please help

@quookeruk I waited a further 30+ minutes and eventually got through. I must say your call management system needs an upgrade, just listening to a constant ring tone is dull to say the least 🤦🏻‍♂️

@quookeruk why is it so hard to get hold of you guys? Second problem we've had with our Quooker unit and it's impossible to speak to anyone. 'Phones busier than expected'. Why? Is that cos everyone's Quookers are faulty?

@IHGNewsroom OMG! My wife just stayed at HolidayInn Tadcster Rd York. Here's a pic of the bed she found on entering the room. She also had to pre-authorise £50 on her credit card 'so she had some money to spend while staying'. The restaurant, BTW, was closed - 'technical issues'.
