You can literally register a company in 3 working days in Botswana. D-1 - name reservation - constitution - secretary appointment - certificate of incorporation 24hrs D-2 - BURS CRM reg. - BURS e-service reg. - Tax clearance certificate - Bank account D-3 - Contingency

A client was just paying for annual returns. He wires the money, then calls to confirm if I have received the money. 😂. But I have received the money, filed the returns and sent the CIPA invoice all before he called.
