He has three (3) masters degrees, including in flight test engineering and systems engineering. He's been a test pilot since 2007. He has thousands of flight hours.

Depending on the altitude, which is hard to determine in flight aware because it magically wasn’t reporting altitude at the time. Here is the issue, there are Army regulations and DODI which dictate authorized use of aircraft. This falls into the category of Flyovers and aerial demonstrations…which require special approval before hand.
