I wanted to capture that, even if the delivery isn’t perfect. The 747 and Hong Kong grew up together, both shaping how the world connects. That story, and others like it, are why I wrote JUMBO. Not as nostalgia, but as an attempt to understand how one aeroplane quietly changed the world.
