@EversourceCT Thousands of crews and I’ve only seen one in the past 72 hours in Newtown, CT directly near my house and no restoration. And your website still states “Evaluating outage.” Your lack of service only outshines your inability to provide actual updates to your customers.

Thousands of crews are working around-the-clock throughout the state to make repairs and restore power to our customers.

@EversourceCT And the ETR for my address still says “Evaluating outage”. ~4days to evaluate an outage. This is ridiculous.

@EversourceCT Pretty strange we’ve only seen one truck the entire day here in Newtown, CT. Waiting patiently but not forgetting this incredibly slow restoration.
