@cloudsfodimonds Had the same struggle when I lived with my parents. Just ate a lot auf veggies and fruit. Also (where I was at) you could go an make yourself a plate with raw stuff and they cook it for you. And I used to pick (a little) noodles and shoved the rest of the plate full with veggie

guys can someone give me tips for when my family makes me go to a chinese food buffet cause we go pretty often and i wanna avoid consuming as much calories
