James Talarico on listening to real Texans about border policy, not the groups in DC who say they represent them.

Prime Minister Takaichi visited the White House's wall of portraits, where Donald Trump replaced the official photo of Biden with an autopen. Takaichi reacted positively, seeming to laugh at the image mocking Joe Biden.

This 14 second clip got over 13k+ likes in under 48 hours “You ever think that maybe food is so expensive because, I don't know, 42 million people get it for free?” Really think about this

15 years living in NYC and every time I come back I still feel like a peasant in the 1700s entering St. Peter’s Basilica or something

🇺🇦❗️“I have no idea what the allies have been looking at for four years while we have been at war,” — Ukrainian military instructors who went to help counter Iranian missiles and UAVs are shocked by the way the US shoots down “Shaheds,” writes The Times – First, the Persian Gulf countries launched as many as 8 Patriot missiles at one (!) enemy target, each costing more than $3 million. – They often used a ship-based SM-6 missile, worth about $6 million, to shoot down a “Shahed” worth $70,000. – The US and its allies often literally “shine” their radars like beacons — without proper camouflage. Ukrainians work differently: mobile radars constantly change positions. For example: just three (!) cheap Shahed drones destroyed the AN/FPS-132 early warning radar (~$1 billion) and another air defense radar (~$300 million), which had been standing in one place for months and were perfectly “readable” from satellites.

March Madness has come a long way…

Getting a job. Driving a car. Catching a flight. Opening a bank account. Attending the Democratic National Convention. Americans need ID for all of these things. Why not for voting in federal elections?

James Talarico calls out “the groups” in the Democratic Party on immigration. “In recent years there’ve been a series of advocacy groups that claim to represent the interests of different communities like here in Texas, but actually have no real connection to the actual people on the ground. And those groups convinced the [Biden] administration that it was racist to support border security.” x.com/ElectTheBench/…

BREAKING: America’s Arab allies are now "fuming" that they do not seem to have any influence with the Trump Administration despite "heavy investments of time and money," per WSJ. Arab Gulf countries recently committed to investing nearly $4 trillion in the US.

The drop in global perceptions of the US is 100% because of Donald Trump. Clear as day.

I cannot recall any military action of last 80 years that started with such low approval. Public opinion in war is very important. Successful statecraft requires persuasion.

No voter ID, especially when combined with mail-in ballots, means the system is engineered to make fraud impossible to prove. Everyone knows that you can barely get through your week without showing ID for the most banal activities, like shopping at Costco. The only reason to ban ID is to hide massive voter fraud.
