Ahead of every storm, CMP tracks forecasts, prestages crews, and then works to restore power to our customers as quickly and as safely as possible.

Our crews are working safely and quickly to restore power after Monday’s storm brought rain and strong winds. We’ve restored service to more than 33,000 customers—82% of those affected—and won’t stop until all are back online. Please slow down for roadside crews.

@cmpswife Anyone in the US should be able to view the outage map without a problem, you do not need to be signed in to a CMP online account to view it, nor be the owner of a CMP electrical account. I did notice when accessing on a mobile device, I came up against some security from my 1/2

@cmpco i have a question, how come you guys have put a paywall when going to check the outage map on your website? i do not have a account with you guys, but considering you are the only people who fix power in maine, i have to resort to your website to see when my power will be-
