Stop telling people that “you’ll pray FOR them”. And actually stop and pray WITH them. Someone expressed that they’re struggling? Grab their hand right there and go to Jesus. You don’t need to wait.. or just use the cute phrase to make them feel better.

2. Get right back on track your next meal. don't need to starve yourself, do hours or cardio, totally change your diet.. get back on track. The goal is to build consistency over time.. not massive highs and lows (bing and restrict).. one meal can't do that much damage.

Novel idea… instead of announcing to the world that ur doing a new diet. Just do it. then announce the results 😂 Too many people like the dopamine hit of getting applauded for starting… more than they actually want to change. Save the celebration for once u do the work.

Real results don’t come from “working harder”… Doing more of the wrong things don’t get you better results.. currently lifting 5days, 10k steps a day, & following my nutrition plan. no crazy cardio. no keto. no 75 hard. Just knowing what body needs and staying consistent.
