A recent article on @corTheory gave a list of actionable prevention techniques. Loosely paraphrased: 1. If it makes you angry, it's intentional. 2. If it makes you want to call a school on the other US coast, you got worked. 3. If it makes you call someone's employer, you got got. 4. If you heard it online, chances are it's manufactured to make you interact.
