Ok, I wasn't aware that it was based on the first touch. Regardless of me being bias, I can still argue that with limited time and limited quality of tools such as camera angles, availability of cameras and resolution of images, still a large room for error for VAR to intervene. I guess this is where the rules may have to be changed.

@covcomps The laws of the game happen to clearly state which frame should be considered. It is not when the ball "leaves" his foot, but rather when it is first touched. My frame is the correct one.
