I think the point is saying things “we always looked nice” and we always “dressed presentable” is why some black people have issue with the trend. It’s the mindset behind it. Because if a quarter zip is presentable, are we saying a Nike tech suit is not? Sweats are not?

8 years. Here’s to my new beginning. 🥂

God is redeeming that little girl who literally just wanted to draw and learn how to use the camera and edit in photoshop. Who wanted to write poems and scripts. Who wanted to sing and write songs. Who wanted to play the bass guitar. And I’m finally being her again.
