Do you really think teenagers are ever going to stop having sex at like 13-14? A lot of girls are onl hypersexual because they're begin sexually abused and groomed, forced to preform acts no girl should know at that age. Let's not automatically assume every young girl is sexually active because she knows what sex is or the consequences. Parents can only teach their kids so much and not all parents have had proper sex ed themselves. If you don't have that, you won't know how to be safe, and think birth control will prevent ALL pregnancy.
