From now until the 2027 elections, do not expect peace. In ADC, in PDP, in LP, expect no peace. And Tinubu’s hands will be all over it.
Anyone who expects any less must be naive.
Tinubu is president today ONLY because of the alliance he forged with disgruntled politicians and opposition parties.
His 2011-election party bit the dust after the then ACN’s planned merger with other opposition parties, chiefly Buhari’s CPC, was scuttled by inordinate ambitions and unyielding interests. His then candidate Nuhu Ribadu placed a distant third with just 5.4% of total votes cast.
His 2007-election party AC recorded a similar failure, following another unsuccessful merger with Buhari’s ANPP. Like Ribadu, candidate Atiku Abubakar placed a woeful third with only 7.45% of votes.
But following a merger of three parties and the breakaway factions of two parties in 2013, 5.4% in 2011 became 53.96% for Tinubu’s candidate Muhammadu Buhari in 2015. Without the successful merger of Tinubu’s ACN and Buhari’s CPC into APC in 2013 ahead of the 2015 elections, Tinubu would never have been president in 2023.
PDP is already a walking corpse; its biggest financier Nyesom Wike is also its number-one traitor. LP is no longer the force it was in 2023, further worsened by Peter Obi’s defection to ADC. Tinubu knows, therefore, that a peaceful ADC is the most potent threat to his 2027 reelection. From now until February 2027, expect ADC leaders to expend more energy on court-related matters than actual electioneering.
If Tinubu must be politically toppled in 2027, all opposition must come together to adopt a candidate. That, or it’s balablu and enikan lomo until 2031!

An @ARISEtv lady journalist respectively requested an APC stalwart to tell Nigerians what the APC has done for Nigerians, next, he started to insult the lady. I think someone like @ruffydfire is the best journalist to handle Nigeria politicians.

I just read the Preservatory Orders by the Court of Appeal referred to by Prof Amupitan SAN on Prof @ChidiOdinkalu’s page and I have nothing to say about the @inecnigeria Chairman other than to say, he is perverse.
You cannot be a Prof of Law and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria with integrity and read that Order of the Court of Appeal, and your only interpretation is to take the steps of not recognising those who already recognised before the original Suit and the Order.
Well, he is a Professor of Law and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria who has integrity to the level that @officialABAT has faith in him.

Just In: In an interview this evening on Arise tv, ADC National Publicity Secretary Bolaji Abdullahi took on APC spokesman Felix Morka, criticising the ruling party.
Bolaji Abdullahi said: “The ruling party cannot engage in any decent conversation without resorting to abuse or thuggish behaviour, from the top to the bottom. And they have children at home watching all this.”

Our Engagement with General Abacha: Setting the Record Straight
In consonance with my established principles of defending everything I am involved in, and in the interest of all men and women of goodwill, especially those committed to the pursuit of truth, I hereby attach the letter which documents my co-opting, along with others, into the Taskforce on the decongestion of the Ports.
As I stated during my interview at the weekend and consistently maintained in the past, I had never met General Sani Abacha before that encounter. Our meeting with him was borne out of collective concern as traders and importers over the prolonged delays in clearing goods at the ports. We approached him not as political actors, but as concerned citizens seeking pragmatic solutions to a matter affecting economic activity and livelihoods.
Our intention was clear: to advocate for efficiency, and to propose practical steps towards restoring normalcy in port operations for the benefit of the wider business community and, ultimately, the Nigerian economy.
This clarification is offered in the interest of truth, to reaffirm that our actions were driven solely by a sense of civic duty and not political ambition.
I don't expect this copious evidence to bury this Abacha case because the mischief makers have ulterior motives, but it's being placed in the public space for posterity and in line with my transparency pledge to Nigerians on any issue I am involved in. -PO

Stop issuing threats to hide your mediocrity.
This is your 3rd response to this tweet
One will think with the level of unintelligence you display for APC they will pay you well enough for you to stop farming Elon’s coins with fake news on Twitter.
There is a clear legal distinction between expressing a malicious wish and making a false statement of fact. Expressing a malicious wish is not a criminal offence.
But falsely publishing that a living person is dead is a statement of fact that is both criminal and civil.
Better go and get education. That your Tinubu chain cap you wear has definitely covered your brain.
Bashir Ahmad, OON@BashirAhmaad
Good, Serah! Since you are confident she is alive, please push her to pursue legal action. I believe the court will also be expecting her to explain why she made a statement asking when a sitting President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would die. You should also be there to assist her in addressing the motive behind her statement responsibly.

This is a so-called “serving” Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria saying in a live broadcast that he wished he could have shot and Killed a Nigerian Journalist.
A country where public servants become tyrants because they know there is no consequence for impropriety.
