I had pleasure of enjoying @DassaiSake Hayata last night. The owner saved to open this bottle for that “special occasion”. So it was about 1.5years old. But Hayata still had a vibrant fresh fermentation bubble, and super clean but soft velvety mouthfeel with clean finish. 👏🏻

We had an honor to take part in serving Fukushima Sake, as well as Fukushima Ferment foods at the event. It was such an honor to be part of Emperror’s Birthday event at the @JapanEmbDC
