@dcblogdev@GitHubCopilot 4.6 and 5.4 (as well as a few polishing touches to integrations) seem to have been the tipping point for Github Copilot. From early adopter, to irrelevance, and now back to a credible player. Don't call it a comeback.
@GitHubCopilot does not get enough love.
I normally use Claude, out of curisity I wanted to give Copilot something meaty to test and asked it to upgrade my blog admin from livewire 3 to 4 then replace my custom admin with filament 5
It's not perfect but has done a good job!
PHP devs, ever wanted to run PHPStan in your Pest tests but got flooded with irrelevant errors, so you just stopped running it altogether?
Introducing **PestStan** – a @pestphp extension for @phpstan 💪
@dcblogdev Be interesting to see how you find it. My personal one is a M1 16GB and it does fine. I have a M4 Max 48gb for work, I think it maybe a little overkill
@leepownall I never hear the fans on my M1 and only had 16gb went with more ram and bigger hd with the M5
I don’t do video editing or anything that warrants a pro hopefully I don’t regret this decision later 🤣 plus it’s significantly cheaper
Just before Laravel 13 support was added to Laravel Modules a whole bunch of fixes have been released including support for using Inertia in modules, documented what's available at laravelmodules.com/docs/13/resour…
@Surendar__05 I don’t start till I was 25 then went to uni for 3 years before my first coding job.
Definitely would not recommend uni now there are better options.
