When the news first broke about Courtney and Tina being the ‘sock accounts’ trashing Meredith, I’ll be honest: I felt a lot of animosity. I liked Meredith, and I even thought it was reckless for @BradlLawPC to keep them on Kelsey’s team. But I was looking through a very narrow lens. I was so focused on the drama that I completely missed the big picture and the truth is, Courtney Healy may have single-handedly saved Kelsey Fitzsimmons’ life. 🕊️ I remember being in those chats so many times and reading Courtney write, ‘Kelsey is here too.’ I didn’t realize then that Courtney was actually on FaceTime with Kelsey in jail *often long after regular business hours* just so Kelsey could see the chat and feel connected to the world. Whether Kelsey was having a morally low day or just needed her spirit lifted, Courtney knew exactly how to boost her up. I am forever grateful to Courtney for her role in helping and ultimately freeing Kelsey. When the verdict finally came in, I watched Tim look at Courtney. I’m no expert, but I’m fairly certain I read his lips saying: ‘Good job, you worked hard.’ @CourtneyHealy29 , I want you to know: Tim wasn’t the only one who saw it. @LDTEmeritus I think she was remarkably restrained. He broke into her house in July. She had hundreds of videos of him smoking since then. And yet she said NOTHING about it for over 6 months.

That's an odd take. I'm not going as far as some who suggest Mr. Aylaian deliberately coordinated a team of police buddies he hoped would shoot her, but he certainly devoted considerable effort in trying to have Ms. Fitzsimmons convicted and sent to prison for her son's entire childhood. Maybe you think she should have been nicer to him about that. Some observers have suggested that Mr. Aylaian himself began a "smear campaign" with absurd personal accusations and what many see as grotesquely inaccurate accusations in a contrived, almost "professional" abuse of the court system to obtain a false pretense restraining order. If you think Ms. Fitzsimmons should just sit there and take it, you might not have listened to the trial testimony carefully enough. "Sit there and take it" is a manifestation of the problem, not the solution.

Sitting here watching the trial. Ms. Torrisi states Noonan told her when he went into the room she had the gun pointed at him! On stand didn’t he say he never left the door way or her alone?

@kengland497 @BigWi111977 I noticed that when he first recounted it on the stand, he said Noonan told him "She pulled a gun on me." That is what I think he actually said and then later added the tap racking and hearing it click etc.

@BigWi111977 Also Houston testifying that Noonan gave him a big narrative as Houston was coming up the stairs asking what happened. So Noonans priority was to tell someone she “tap racked” and not helping the woman with the point blank gsw to the chest that he just caused. Ok

She would have had an opportunity to respond in court, but instead, she pulled a gun during the service of the order. Focusing on one affidavit ignores the full context the judge reviews.

What stood out to me in the @DropMicrodots propaganda-fueled video is how much defense material was used, including surveillance video from the home and the 209A Abuse Prevention Order. Was he hired by Kelsey’s defense like he was by AJ in the Karen Read case? Curiously missing are key documented incidents that provide context, like the October 2024 trip to Croatia, "where the mother threatened to k*ll herself and leave a note blaming the father." Upon their return, when "she became erratic, when the father wanted to call 911, she held a knife to her head and threatened self-harm. He eventually calmed her and insisted she go to a crisis center in Lawrence, where she attended several follow-up appointments." The March 2025 incident that involved "her mother restraining her in the kitchen while her stepfather called 911. After a prolonged argument, with emergency services present, she agreed to go to the hospital, where a physician issued a Section 12 order requiring psychiatric evaluation." Also missing are witness statements from the Bethel, Maine trip, where friends documented her throwing a Stanley tumbler down the stairs at one friend’s head, a box of champagne glasses at another, requiring a friend to restrain her, getting kicked in the process, when not being restrained, the mother ran over unprompted and kicked the friend in the knee again. The mother then ran into the woods, leaving friends to search for her. The weekend ended with friends fleeing the getaway, and her parents picking up the baby from the father’s parents at 3 AM. The friends’ drive home also included a sideswipe incident, where the statement reflects the friend "did not want to assume who was driving". All of these incidents were documented in calls to Bethel PD, Methuen PD, and North Andover PD. Each incident was either witnessed or documented, not reliant on the father’s word. It appears the information provided to Microdots was either excluded or omitted, despite being publicly available. Leaving these incidents out of the video paints an incomplete picture, ignoring the clear pattern of the mother’s escalating behavior and instability over seven months, not to mention the poor judgment in deciding to run a social media campaign aimed at the father, including an audio and video recording of him.

I had a baby while I was in an abusive relationship and my friends turned against me to rally behind my abuser. It was an incredibly painful time in my life so my heart goes out to Kelsey. 💜💜💜

@justice4kelseyf Technically he's the "victim" as far as the court is concerned. Her charge here was Assault with a deadly weapon and that's an assault on Noonan. I wasn't happy about this reporting either but legally speaking I think court officers have to do that

Who wants to discuss the body language around this moment. Blink rate, looking down, swallowing…. The reaction was to the framing of HIS words. Not about the moment. Not at him reliving a traumatic moment but at the lie he told to cover up his error in judgment. He had just shot his former partner.
