@decayingbugz you can also look online for how much exactly you burn per mile using this website! i just use 100 cals per mile bc its a good average to go by calculator.net/calories-burne…

@depxxxx i searched it up and oreo milkshakes (im assuming thats an oreo milkshake) range from 500 to 1500 cals, depening how much and where its from^^ id say a day would suffice, but if you ate nothing except for this then i dont think you need to starce at all

how many days do i need to starve after this
