Dear rats, for the past weeks, i have litteraly been fighting for my life ... that sounds dramatic but it's true I have climbed myself up to 10x the MAX recommended dose of my pain medication without realising and the doctors never stopped me. I realised a while ago, a few weeks. I have been fighting for dear life ever since. This is without a doubt one of the hardest things i have ever had to do. I feel soooooo incredibly shit, I am crying every day ... in physical and mental pain all while going through one of the hardest periods in my life. I am throwing it out there because i can;t be alone anymore and i can't tell my mom and i can't burden my wife with this. I do not want to suffer alone. In short, thanks for being there for me, for understanding if i move or cancel meetings last minute and i am not fully in charge of the bug bounty hunts at the moment. I am litteraly fighting one of the worst demons i have ever had to fight in my life. If I am able to pull through this though, what is there that i can not handle? Let's fight this fucker, together and I promise you the uncle on the other side will be ready for his community again like before. Right now i am having a REALLY hard time not to take another pill but I am fighting rats ❤️ for my girl, for my wife, for my rat pack and for my life. If your stomach isn’t empty, food or drink can come up and slip into your lungs. That’s what doctors call aspiration, and it can be very dangerous. So fasting isn’t punishment, it’s protection. It’s not spiritual protection either so don’t say you will eat because you’re not a religious person. Before the surgeon begins the work, we just need your “pot” to be dry and your “engine” safely switched off. You people should not say doctors don’t teach anything on this app sha.

I deal with anxiety ... massive amounts Posting this after getting 6 hours of sleep, getting awoken by growling stomach aches and the shaking it takes me an immense of time every morning before i am at any bit even able to be spoken to ...
