@PauloNoggy Here’s a fun one. I took a graduate role at JPM London 25 years ago on ……..£27k. There is zero chance that’s what they pay their grads today. I would guess it’s ~60-80 range depending on dept.

St Patrick's Day reminded me that of the four patron saints of Britain and Ireland, only one was born in his native country. 1. 🇮🇪 St Patrick was probably a Scottish Christian from what is now Dumbarton. 2.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 St Andrew was a Jew from what is now modern Israel (Galilee). 3.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 St George was an Anatolian Christian from what is now modern Turkey. 4. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 St David was actually from Wales, and a Christian bishop. I wonder how many people are aware of the origin of their patron saints?
