@BankofIndia_IN @SUDLifeIN even though you had no problem deducting ₹1 lakh during insurance issuance. I submitted an application to convert it into a regular savings account,but even after10 more days,the refund didn’t come,Now,I’ve provided an alternate PNB account-what’s the excuse now? @irdaindia

@BankofIndia_IN @SUDLifeIN First, you made false commitments for an entire month,saying the insurance cannot be cancelled. Then,once the cancellation was finally processed, it took 20 more days. After that,you claimed the refund couldn’t be processed because the account was a PMJDY (Jan Dhan) account(1/2)

@SUDLifeIN Before anything else, I want to ask @SUDLifeIN -your employee keeps blaming the bank, saying “there’s a problem in the account.” So I’m asking @BankofIndia_IN -do you really open such poor-quality accounts where even rightful payments can’t be credited?

I was forced to take this insurance only for loan purposes, but now Araria branch staff are making excuses daily — "come today, come tomorrow." It's been over a month, they are just wasting my time. Now I don’t even want the loan. I just want my refund & cancellation. (5/6)
