@Theholisticpsyc I agree, I’d also add that sometimes we might ‘ghost’ someone because they’ve abused/badly mistreated us. There’s no discussion to be had in such situations. No contact. Not necessarily a case of being unable to resolve conflict, more a decision to protect ourselves from harm.
