@ThatEdtwtDude I honestly don’t recommend getting the surgery at all. From what I’ve seen the results look so bad cus the legs look out of proportion to the rest of the body.
Maybe try to invest in some platform shoes if you haven’t already

I try not to worry over my height too much cus it’s out of my control. I can at least have some control over my weight. Even if it’s harder to do because of my height. It helps that I’m aroace so I don’t have to worry abt being too short for women lol

Just got back home from my walk (12k+ steps)
Also decided to have an early dinner after fasting for 17hrs. It was 1 and 3/4 chicken tenders with some fries. Gonna estimate it was about 200-300cals
