NO PLAYERS WERE INJURED IN THIS POST! A big thanks to the Lyon County Ambulance crew for taking some time out of their day to practice their skills and procedures in case they would be needed this Fall!

Our favorite competition of Fall camp! 10 guys have to push the sled 100 yards. If they make it under 45 seconds, they get to take 1 station off tomorrow, under 40 seconds and they can take 2 off. This year they almost went under 30 seconds! #powercreatesspeed
