New thought about the current scenarios. Some fans say fan service is part of the industry and that we should accept it. Okay, let’s accept that for a moment. But then I have one question about the current situation: if fan service is just work and everything is “pretend” and “part of the industry,” then why do apology videos appear when a real relationship is revealed? Why not simply say, “This is my private life. My personal life and my career are two different things. Please respect that.” That would be honest and clear. Instead, when something comes out, they say “it’s from the past,” “nothing is happening now,” and then fan service continues again. Girls, please be brave. The fans who pressure you to do fan service for their fantasy are not real supporters. Real fans don’t want you to hide your happiness or apologize for loving someone. There is nothing wrong whether you are straight, lesbian, or bisexual — just be genuine. Don’t act in real life too. Enjoy your personal life with the person you love. Enjoy your life. And please don’t feel like you have to apologize for having a personal life just because of contracts or company pressure. Your life is bigger than any ship, any marketing, or any fan fantasy. You are human beings first, artists next. Don’t let the industry / company make you feel guilty for living your own life. You can’t say “fan service is just work” and at the same time do damage control in a way that keeps the ship alive. That’s why fans question it — not because they hate the artists, but because the situation and the messaging are contradictory.

there’s nothing wrong with a little fan service or showing some affection, but when a show has been airing for a month and the actresses claim they’re in a relationship or act as if they’re a married couple, i can’t blame the fans for their reaction lol

i think all the actor or actress just need to think that true fan will love you at any cost without reason

Nobody is forcing these GL actresses to lie and hide their partners. Just be honest with yourself and allow fans love you for your craft. But if you put money above peace of mind, then be ready to deal with the consequences. Just stop blaming the fans for a lie you chose 😒

I don't have any sympathy for GL actresses/BL actors when they got "exposed" being in straight relationship. If you can't show your fans that there is a line between work and your private life and keep them in delusion then don't cry when it backfires.

stop boxing in shows based on prod/company and start appreciating them by directors/scriptwriters and you will see the light 😉
