Hey @samsclubhelp your chat bot has had me in the queue to talk to a member associate for over 2 hours now! The wrong box of chips was delivered to my house today and 2+ hours with no help is extremely frustrating.

Almost exactly 2.5 hours into waiting and now it tells me it's unavailable.
