It doesnt skip generations, so your kids also have a 50% chance of having the mutation. My Dad died of prostate cancer 20 years ago but the testing wasn't as advanced so they didn't think to test him for the mutation. I'm getting through it, there are definitely ups and downs.

Looking for cancer surviver community!! ✨️ HI. I've been MIA. In April I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. I have 7 tumors in my chest and it's in one of my lymph nodes. I have completed 4 "Red Devil" chemos and have 12 Taxol chemos left. 16 total. (cont)
