9. It's important to be persistent and resilient. Learning can be difficult at times, and it's important to persevere and keep going, even when things get tough.

@MrSantos787 But also be willing to work hard and long....look how hard football coaches work. Try to capture that level of drive, especially early on. Once you get a flywheel spinning, you can work on efficiency...but especially at first, do not be afraid of great effort.

7. It's important to take breaks and take care of yourself. Burnout is a real risk, especially in the face of heavy academic workloads. Make time for rest, relaxation, and self-care.

@MrSantos787 Also...find your specific teaching style. Administration tries to franchise certain teaching fads. Your teaching style will be driven by your unique personality. Always experiment.
