I run the ads. This one has been live since January. It's not top of funnel. It's bottom of funnel - pushing people over the line who set a goal at the start of the year and quietly let their daily discipline slip. Turns out that's a lot of people. In May. Never kill what's working.

I’m kind of insane. Brain never turns off. Long runs or drinking helps sort of. Deep creative work channels it into flow. Early nights and very early mornjng an are the closest to real calm. Really clean eating also helps but also amps up brain and ideas even more

Restructured our google ads and happy with the early results We’ve been wasting tens of thousands a month on Google New setup is dialed in (thanks to a few audits & finally getting around to fixing things) Time to turn it up some more
