@elee01 I think this paints the picture of the importance of diversity so well! Our job in the field of communications is to paint a story that the consumer can relate to. If a brand's C-Suite doesn't reflect the diversity of its consumers, how can these campaigns be properly executed?

I love how @elee01 explained how critical diversity was in business & comms: "If you don't understand different cultures, languages & ways of doing business [& how to communicate with different audiences effectively] you are not going to be able to do your job successfully."
