hate feelings

So confused about how I feel and what to do atm, so weird 😞

Am I the only one that sits in the car just parked outside of home for like 20 min to self reflect & relax listening to jams but also bc I’m too lazy to go inside

i hate getting attached to people. i get way too sensitive & can detect the slightest change in the tone of their voice, i can feel the change in their energy & suddenly, i’m spending all day trying to figure out what the hell i did wrong.
