Stranded in Hong Kong due to @QatarAirways flight cancellations – fully understandable given the situation in the region. The airline isn’t to blame for geopolitical events, and I imagine their support teams are completely overwhelmed right now. But one suggestion: a clear public message telling passengers “we cannot rebook everyone right now – please arrange alternatives and keep your receipts” would help thousands of stranded travelers make informed decisions. Transparency is the best service when capacity runs out.
