if you're like me and bought a mac mini for openclaw stuff and haven't touched it since claude got good...i found a use for it.
install another instance of Claude desktop on it and let it control the computer to run other tasks autonomously while you work on your main machine.
it's basically a second employee that never stops.

Dispatch isn't Claude chat on your phone. It's an orchestrator — one conversation on your phone, multiple Cowork sessions running in parallel on your desktop.
I tested it for 48 hours. 60+ task sessions directed from my phone.
What actually changes: you stop filling gaps in your day and start designing your day around async AI execution. Dog walk, passenger seat, the sidelines of a bounce house — all become windows for directing real work.
Four gotchas I hit early:
1. Folder access = typed paths. No picker on mobile. Describe folders naturally or define shortcuts in CLAUDE.md.
2. No file transfer to/from phone. Sync your workspace folder via Google Drive — solves both directions.
3. CLAUDE.md not auto-loaded. Ask Dispatch to read it before delegating anything. Otherwise subtask instructions are vague.
4. Desktop must stay awake. Enable 'Keep Awake' in Cowork settings to prevent sleep.
The bigger pattern: Anthropic shipped 4 remote surfaces in 5 months. Dispatch, Channels, Remote Control, Web Sessions.
If your AI setup lives inside one surface, every new launch means starting over. Store your knowledge in a repo — CLAUDE.md + knowledge files. Every surface reads it.
The surfaces change. Your knowledge layer doesn't.

THURSDAY, March 26, 2026 will feature a rare desert tornado risk in the Middle East, including in Dubai, the UAE, northern Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. Scattered strong/severe thunderstorms with wind and hail are likely. Serious flooding – with up to a year's worth of rain – is expected as well. Widespread totals of 3-6 inches are likely, with locally greater amounts. Dubai, for instance, averages 4 inches of rain annually. The opulent enclave could see 3 to 6 inches by the end of the week. A similar event between April 15-17, 2024, dumped 6.45 inches of rain on Dubai International Airport, forcing the cancellation of more than 1,200 flights. Runways were left underwater. There could also be an isolated rotating storm in southwestern Saudi Arabia near the shores of the Red Sea where greater moisture is present. That risk will include portions of Makkah, Al-Baha, Aseer and Jazan provinces, as well as northwestern Tamaha and Azal governorates in Yemen. Farther inland, Najran province in southern Saudi Arabia could see an isolated haboob (dust storm) as thunderstorms exhale dry air exhaust and kick up dust.

MASSIVE OpenClaw upgrade you need to implement:
Telegram threading
Reduces cost, keeps context clean, and organizes your conversations into topics
Here's how to implement it (super easy):
1. Start a new group chat in Telegram
2. Add your bot
3. Go into BotFather and edit the settings for your OpenClaw bot
4. Disable group privacy
5. Add admin rights
6. Go back to the group and click the three dots in top right
7. Add topics. Make a topic for each major thing you talk about with your agent. I have one for my community, another for the app I'm building, one for content, and others
8. Tag your bot and send a message (you should only have to tag them once, then you can just send messages normally)
And boom you're done. You can now chat with your bot in Telegram and keep the messages and context organized
This will save you money because only the context from your thread will be sent to your bot when you message them
Will save you time because all your messages will now be neatly organized
